It’s not easy to explain all the technical differences between the different schools.
Specially because the last master that did that work was master Pedro Ferreira and he didn’t publish is work, he developed his own school and technique
However, there is an amazing book written by Paulo Lopes that has a great investigation about the history of Jogo do Pau, it’s schools and technique.
